Working with
Themi and Sara who have recently won the Eastern 2000
sectional championships, during a practice at Lake Placid, NY using The
Competing EDGE to analyze drills during the on-ice practice at the Olympic
Rink. The athletes are able to see details in their complex moves and compare
several moves simultaneously in the multiple screen view. Two cameras were
used to capture video from both sides of the arena. These are then loaded
and viewed as shown below. The athletes themselves transferred the digital
video to the computer and used The Competing EDGEtm during on-ice practice
with NO PREVIOUS experience.
